Dundas West takes to the street!
Visit Dundas Street West on June 8, 2013 between 11am and 10pm for a full day of arts, music, kids’ activities, food, drink and shopping!
Organized in collaboration with the Little Portugal BIA, with the support of Councillors Bailão (Ward 18) and Layton (Ward 19) and with the participation of many local stakeholders, the Dundas West Fest aims to unite businesses, residents and the many communities that together make up our local neighbourhood.
Dundas Street West will be closed to vehicular and bicycle traffic as well as to public transit from Lansdowne Avenue to Roxton Road, just east of Ossington Avenue. Brock avenue, Dufferin Street, Dovercourt Road and Ossington Avenue will remain open.

Introducing White Bridge Food Co. & #thedinnerparty

Jeremy Tompkins and Declan Edwards are the boys behind White Bridge Food Co. and the newest members of N/A Collective. To cut to the chase, they are two dudes who love food. Not just one particular kind – all of it. These guys love cooking and creating food, and the best part is that they love sharing what they make even more (this works out well for all of us other N/Aers)!

White Bridge brings friends, family and future friends together to share in good food and good conversation. #thedinnerparty is a monthly event which includes dinner, drinks and conversation. For each party, White Bridge Food Co. develops a new menu that aims to spark great discussion not only about food but also life, culture, and business in our great city. They are first-come-first-served events, so email early to reserve your spot!

The next dinner party will be held on Wednesday February 27th. The theme for this event is “Travel: The Experience of Leaving Home”. Sign up here!

It was almost a year ago that N/A hosted performance artists Tamara Platiša & Saša Rajšić for their piece 103°52’74°N 103°70’41°WE II. These are some images from that performance. If you missed it, too bad. You’ll have to go globe trotting to find them performing, and when you do, they will most likely be hundereds of miles away from each other. But for this duo, that’s exactly where the art starts- in the tension of their latitudes and longitudes.
